Hello there, thanks for joining me again this week. I hope you have learnt one or two things from this series? My Act God's Act series is almost drawing close but my Joy is that the subjects discussed in here becomes a life to us and not just a reading. If you missed last series, click M.A.G.A 0.2 to read. 

There is a popular saying around here that "When you are on fire (literally) and your child is also on fire, you will put out your fire first before that of your child." Now, my revised version got this added to it "... Thank God you waited to put out the fire on your child" (Smiles). There is another saying that "you can't give what you don't have" See this;

There was a poor old lady washing her face near a stream in a village. Suddenly, (some says it's a sudden luck) a very precious pearl came into her hand through the flowing stream. The pearl would cost thousands of dollars enough for a lifetime. She took it with joy. Unfortunately, a man saw her with the pearl. He followed her to find her residence. The next day he begged her for the precious pearl. Without a word. She gave it to him. Tears of joy filled his eyes and his gratitude to her exploded.

Next day, the lady heard a knock on her door. She saw the same man in tears and kissing her feet. “Please take back this precious pearl. I cannot sleep. Without any hesitation, you gave me this pearl. I don’t need it. What I need to know about is how to have a heart like a heart like yours. A generosity like yours. All the worlds’ wealth cannot buy love, charity or generosity it must come naturally from the heart”.

"You can't give what you don't have therefore, you can only give what you have in you to give. And there is plenty only if we nourish it"

For few weeks, I've been expounding on the subject My Act God's Act. It was cleared that because we have these things, we can effortlessly do them. I have been loved by God Himself, therefore ; I can show love. I remembered the introductory blog, we learnt that it will be unlawful for God to show up physically and do 'terrible' things in righteousness, men are needed as the medium to express Jesus. See the verses below (without exegesis) 

1Jn 4:7-8 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 

1Jn 3:17, 4:11

But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another

Hebrews 13:16

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

[16]Do not forget or neglect to do kindness and good, to be generous and distribute and contribute to the needy [of the church as embodiment and proof of fellowship], for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. AMP

Just this concluded month of January, I felt disturbed in few occasions, why?  Because some few close friends needed help, they asked me and of a truth, those things were not in my care to give. I felt troubled and as a believer, I just prayed privately for them that, those things will be done. After some days, I checked in either them to see how far they have gone, some were positive, others were halfway and the rest are still hoping. 

I felt I did that because I cared and I'm sure if I had those things and people are in need of it, it will be easy for me to release them. In other news, if you can't render that help now, be available to give encouragement; it is noble. "Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you." -Princess Diana

I end with this, be ready to communicate goodness, kindness to others. You will be surprised how far your words of encouragement can go, you will not be helping others alone but you will be helping yourself to have a fulfilled life. Know that nothing is to too small to give and do it with sincerity. I hope this meet you well.
